Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Head of Institutional Client Relationships to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and leading client relationships, providing advice on a broad range of digital asset investment services tailored to the sophisticated needs of institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of institutional secured financing, lending and borrowing product offerings, as well as experience working with ISDAs, GMSLA's, MSLA's and other market standard agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the day-to-day relationship and servicing of our institutional client base that are utilizing our digital asset products and services.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for the service delivery of our digital asset products with clients.
- Working directly with institutional investors, hedge funds, family offices, broker-dealers, market liquidity providers, and market makers.
- Liaising with stakeholder teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and trading teams on client issues.
- Understanding clients' investment and reporting requirements and providing input to our new product committee to review and develop all product and service offerings.
- Working closely with partner teams, such as our product team, to contribute to the development of our platform.
- Monitoring and reviewing client revenue and profitability to ensure financial performance is achieved. New revenue generation through the development of strategic client partnerships.
- Development and implementation of strategic growth plans to increase adoption and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Development, communication, and execution of strategic account relationship plans.
- Developing, growing, and leveraging key relationships with C-suite and senior executives to enhance partnerships.
- Documenting and maintaining clients' business and risk profiles for AML and KYC purposes.
- Leading all clients' on-boarding review and documentation of all AML and KYC analysis to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and reviewing client revenue and trading activities.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or any related discipline in business.
- More than 5 years of experience handling relationships with institutional clients utilizing traditional/crypto prime services products.
- In-depth knowledge of institutional secured financing, lending, and borrowing product offerings.
- Working knowledge of ISDAs, GMSLA's, MSLA's, and other market standard agreements.
- Understanding of spot, futures, and cleared derivatives as well as OTC derivatives in crypto and/or equities and FX.
- Fantastic communication skills to operate seamlessly with partner teams.
