Relationship Manager, Institutional, Southeast Asia

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Analyst to join our Southeast Asia team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and strengthening our relationships with institutional clients in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting support: qualifying and coordinating aspects of the sales lifecycle, including qualification of opportunities, RFP coordination, pitch material coordination, and follow-ups.
- Client/prospect meeting life cycle: coordination and preparation for meetings, including materials, briefing notes, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Respond to client/prospect inquiries on a wide range of topics, often under significant time pressure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client/prospect contacts and participate in external meetings as appropriate.
- Build internal network relationships and manage internal stakeholders for effective collaboration.
- Incorporate product knowledge with firm awareness to effectively communicate client expectations with various internal constituents.
- Passion for learning about the global capital markets.
- In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income, and/or multi-asset investment products is strongly preferred.
- Interest in the business of investment management, a desire to work in a team-based and collaborative environment, and an analytical/problem-solving orientation are required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver at a high capacity to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and mature professionalism.
- Demonstrable track record of achievement, capacity for differentiated thinking, strong work ethic, and willingness to work with others.
- Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience are highly preferred.
- Additional qualifications include 3+ years of relevant experience in analytical roles within the investment industry, direct buy-side experience supporting institutional client relationships in Southeast Asia, strong academic credentials, and proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office.
