Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction by maintaining excellent relationships with multiple clients and managing all aspects of their service. The successful candidate will oversee the timely completion and publication of monthly reporting, including key performance indicators. They will also be responsible for providing expertise in the development of new Transfer Agency products and creating documentation for their implementation.

  • Maintain high-quality client service levels and act as the primary point of contact for issues and queries from clients and their distributors/investors.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly reporting packs with clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to the development of new Transfer Agency products and create documentation for their take-on, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • PARTicipate/lead client due diligence visits and coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain Service Level documents and responsible for all client-facing documentation and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational documentation (operating procedures, checklists) meets deliverable targets and deadlines.
  • Manage error resolution, review incident reports, and maintain client incidents log according to internal policy.
  • Drive new initiatives and changes in requirements arising from clients, regulators, industry practices, internal policy changes, meeting target timelines.
  • Analyze trends, resolve exceptions, document issues/resolutions, and communicate/escalate to management as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience in a client-focused role within the financial services/banking industry is advantageous.
  • Operational experience in a Transfer Agency role is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of local fund industry practices and regulatory requirements related to Transfer Agency services is desirable.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
