Strategic Partnership Role

We are seeking a high-performing Strategic Partner to drive business growth and success in a dynamic organization.

This role requires strong partnership skills, the ability to understand strategic objectives, and translate them into key initiatives that drive performance and business growth.

  • Job Description:
  • Work closely with senior leaders to understand strategic objectives and align HR strategies to drive high performance and business growth.
  • Develop and implement key people initiatives to drive performance and business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or consultative HR role.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
