Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Strategic People Leader. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive business transformation and support operational excellence.

You will have the platform to step up and interact with business leaders to ensure workforce planning and talent strategies are aligned with business objectives. You will also drive change management efforts and support organizational design initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic business partnering. Prior experience in high-growth environments is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate how they have navigated business challenges and influenced stakeholders.

They will be able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, and demonstrate passion for people and business impact.
