Strategic Business Growth Leader

Job Description:

A business growth leader is required to drive revenue expansion and lead strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, consultative selling, closing deals, and expanding into new markets.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, or solution sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals efficiently.

A strong understanding of Southeast Asia's business culture, market trends, and analytics is essential. Experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and modern sales methodologies is a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven success in high-value, target-driven consultative sales environment.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers confidently.
  • Experience in handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals quickly.
  • Strong understanding of Southeast Asia's business culture.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Cantonese, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling).
