Strategic Business Growth Leader

The role of a Strategic Business Growth Leader is critical to the success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business growth efforts and drive revenue expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, product specialists, and market analysts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including identifying new markets, developing sales strategies, and building partner relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business growth strategies and make adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
