Job Title: Strategic Business Partner

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Partner. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational growth, enhance employee performance, and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic guidance on HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR programs that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
