The primary function of this role is to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, focusing on building strong business partnerships.

This involves providing strategic and tactical guidance to leaders, supporting them in achieving their operational and strategic objectives.

The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partners across the organization to ensure synergies are derived from shared initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching Leaders on competency and capability uplift, talent development, succession planning, and change management
  • Identifying, implementing, and driving initiatives that enhance culture and support exceptional performance
  • Providing strategic HR insights to enable transformation and deliver business value
  • Partnering with Leaders to develop workforce plans that align with business objectives
  • Developing business fluency to cascade down and track objectives and key results
  • Harnessing digital systems and leveraging data insights to optimize talent recruitment, employee engagement, human capital development, and productivity
  • Supporting Leaders with case management, performance, and disciplinary matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant business-related discipline

Previous experience in a similar role providing strategic and tactical advice to Leaders

Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment

Relevant experience in supporting Leaders and a passion for empowering Leaders to build a high-performing culture
