
Business Partner for Employee Relations and Strategic Growth

This role plays a strategic part in aligning business objectives with partners and employees in designated departments. You will provide expertise and counsel to management, covering HR disciplines including organisational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation, and workforce planning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Employee Relations & Labour Law Compliance: Ensure HR practice compliance with laws and policies, liaising with government agencies as needed.
- Strategic Business Partnering: Connect challenges to people solutions, swiftly addressing risks and opportunities with strategic insight.
- Technology and AI Leadership: Foster innovation, encouraging technology adoption across all levels.
- Workforce Planning and Data Analytics: Guide workforce planning, align resources with goals, and address skill gaps through training.
Essential Skills:
- Embody the principles of Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility that define a Grabber.
- 10 or more years of experience, with at least 6 years in human resource business partnering in industries such as high-tech e-commerce, FinTech, hyper-growth companies.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and engaging with regulatory bodies/agencies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the markets we operate in, ensuring compliance and proactive risk management.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems, Power BI, GSuite applications, and generative AI tools to drive efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency and knowledge of the cultural landscape in Southeast Asia/Asian markets are advantageous for navigating diverse workforce dynamics.
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills, with experience leading digital transformation or AI adoption in HR processes.
