Job Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support services to our users.



About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum ITE/Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support and min 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. They will also possess clear Spoken & Written English and at least one of the following certifications: CompTIA A+; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Network+; Microsoft Certified: Windows Client; and Microsoft Certified: Managing Modern Desktops.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional technical support services to users via phone, email or remote tools.
  • Perform imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories and technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups as needed.
  • Update incident records and create/work on work instructions where necessary.
  • Document standards and procedures where required.


About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
