Job Description

At Stefanini, we are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team as a Desktop Support specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting technical issues.

About the Role
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop/laptop/mobile devices problems in a timely manner
  • Recommend and implement corrective solutions to ensure minimal downtime
  • Utilize Service Now ticketing system to record, update, and resolve tickets from clients; escalate tickets to next appropriate resolver group when needed
  • Experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, iOS, SCCM, MDM clients, Virtual environments (VDI, Citrix, vSphere), etc
Key Competencies
  • Excellent proven track record supporting clients in a financial environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles
