Business Development Lead

The Senior Assistant Manager will be responsible for leading business development initiatives and overall operations of the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) and FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation (FM TIP) at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Strategies
- Conduct market research, analyse data, and develop marketing strategies for MSc TIP and FM TIP.
- Cordinate programme outreach to potential partners and stakeholders.
- Lead Marketing and Recruitment Efforts
- Plan and coordinate programme info sessions and develop content for publicity.
- Organise local and overseas roadshows and info sessions.
- Prepare programme collateral materials.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns.
- Create social media content and consolidate alumni success stories.
- Monitor and Improve Programmes
- Monitor marketing efforts to track effectiveness.
- Enhance programme branding.
- Support Students and Admin Functions
- Attend to student queries, wellbeing, and integration.
- Plan and execute student engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support for programme implementation.
- Oversee Experiential Learning Initiatives
- Coordinate experiential learning initiatives such as company visits or ecosystem exposure.
- Ensure proper running and documentation of the Venture Internship elective module.
- Manage Programme Resources
- Manage operating budget for programmes.
- Process grant claims where available.
- Address audit queries and exercises.
