**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented Corporate Account Manager to join our team at NTUC Club. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for Quebec, focusing on MICE services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, association, and private sector customers;
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions;
- Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities;
- Partner with senior management to develop targeted sponsorship plans;
- Conduct market analysis to assess customer needs and competitor offerings;
- Cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients;
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts;
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-up to secure bookings;
- Develop and present tailored event proposals;
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads;
- Work with the marketing team to design sales campaigns;
- Report regularly on sales performance to senior management;
- Manage sales budgets, including forecasting and tracking performance.
