Customer Service Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at JIH SUN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Champion the front line image of the Company to customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and exceeding customer expectations.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure the operational readiness of the front line team, maintaining accountability and integrity in all aspects of their work.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Education or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (written & verbal), customer-centric mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong leadership skills.
- Experience: Prior experience of at least 2 years in leading a team of customer service and general administration teams.
