The Call Centre Supervisor/Customer Service Executive will be responsible for training, managing, and leading a team of Call Centre Agents. This role requires a competent individual to assess call quality and provide feedback to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting KPIs targets for individuals and teams
- Train new Call Centre Agents and ensure they are well-prepared for their calls
- Develop training documents that support Call Centre operations
