Global Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at SAVA LEISURE (PTE.) LTD. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Promotional Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales revenue.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with hotels and attractions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the management of our in-house fleet, including drivers' employment and performance reviews.
- Account Management: Ensure seamless communication with our accounts department to manage invoices and client relationships.
- Supplier Management: Approve payments for suppliers, payroll, and CPF payments while maintaining strict due diligence.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit local staff to enhance service delivery standards.
- Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends by attending seminars and trade fairs across various destinations.
- Product Development: Create new MICE event products for Singapore and other markets.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs for local staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Business Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies for growth and planning.
- Customer Engagement: Attend meetings with suppliers and potential clients to promote our services and build strong relationships.
- Technology Integration: Source local IT companies to develop our system for enhanced client experience.
- Digital Presence: Enhance our website and social media marketing presence to improve brand visibility.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Forecasting Skills: Strong analytical skills to forecast sales revenue and identify opportunities for growth.
- Due Diligence: Ability to maintain strict due diligence in financial matters.
- Channel Partnerships: Experience in developing and managing channel partnerships.
- Selling Skills: Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Payroll Management: Experience in managing payroll and CPF payments.
- Sales Operations: Ability to optimize sales processes and operations.
- Social Media Marketing: Knowledge of social media marketing principles and practices.
