Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the daily operations of HR functions, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of HR functions, ensuring timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee personnel records in our HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in administering employee benefit programs, including designing, developing, and executing programs that promote employee well-being.
  • Support office management, liaising with facility management vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate and manage office equipment and assets, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
  • Facilitate on- and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with global and local statutory requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, such as corporate retreats and company gatherings, to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in Business or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
