Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient check-in and check-out services to guests, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Room Checks and Reservations: Execute room checks, reservation, and public area checks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Staff Development: Participate in holistic training programs to enhance skills and prepare for potential promotions.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, providing reasonable assistance and maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
  • Cashiering and Float Management: Handle cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash floats to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements
  • Front Office Experience: Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and Microsoft Word.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices.
