Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area, including the receipt and processing of client inquiries and requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings, including room setup and logistics preparation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including client information and event details.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in receptionist/front-desk or customer service role.
  • Experience in writing of simple reports.
  • Confident in working under minimum supervision.
  • Comfortable in using of MS office application.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
