Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage incoming calls, address inquiries, and relay messages as needed.
  • Welcome, register, and announce the arrival of customers.
  • Direct visitors to their designated locations upon check-in.
  • Oversee incoming mail, packages, and petty cash at the front desk.
  • Organize and maintain hardcopy filing of monthly reports for the front desk.
  • Coordinate with chauffeurs for customer pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Verify and summarize retail transaction settlements for accounting purposes.
  • Ensure cleanliness of customer areas.
  • Undertake various ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned periodically.
