# 6 days work week, 2 off days in alternate week

# Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays – 10:45 to 19:30 | Sundays/PH – 10:45 to 17:30

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain of stock inventory
  • Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
  • Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
  • Take up other duties as assigned (scheduling, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
  • Committed and able to work independently
  • Friendly and Customer service oriented
  • Good communication skills
