Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead our CRM strategy across Asia, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through data-driven initiatives that support revenue growth in the semiconductor/IC design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a regional CRM strategy for Asia, aligned with global goals to support semiconductor industry growth.
  • Must have experience in Semiconductors/Chip Design industry experience.
  • Lead initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through channels like email, SMS, and social media.
  • Integrate CRM systems seamlessly to ensure a personalized and efficient customer experience.
  • Use data insights to define and execute effective customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze customer behaviors and trends for tailored marketing efforts.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data to make adjustments and improve ROI.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Map the customer journey and develop lifecycle engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized content.
  • Oversee CRM platform selection, integration, and optimization, with specific expertise in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth data integration and process automation.
  • Regularly assess CRM performance metrics, providing insights to senior leadership and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Applications / Electronics
  • 10+ years of CRM experience in a regional or global role, with a proven track record in the Asian market; semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM tools like HubSpot or Adobe.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to regional needs.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations across Asia is an advantage.

Salary Range: SGD 140,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum
