Job Description
At SVENTL Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Regional CRM Manager to lead our CRM strategy across Asia in the semiconductor/IC design industry.

SALARY: SGD 180,000 - SGD 220,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy for Asia, aligned with global goals to support revenue growth in the semiconductor industry.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of customer lifecycle management in a diverse regional market.
  • Lead efforts to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel strategies including email, SMS, and social media.
  • Integrate CRM systems efficiently to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Analyze data insights to define targeted marketing strategies and collaborate with analytics teams for tailored approaches.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to refine and enhance ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics) to provide cohesive customer experiences.
  • Map the customer journey and develop lifecycle engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized content.
  • Oversee CRM platform selection, integration, and optimization, with expertise in Salesforce.
  • Ensure smooth data integration and process automation through collaboration with IT and vendors.
  • Regularly assess CRM performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and suggesting improvements.
