Regional HR Leader

**Job Summary**
The Edge Partnership is seeking a seasoned Regional HR Leader to spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive HR strategies.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by fostering a high-performing culture, designing and implementing talent management programs, and providing strategic guidance to regional business leaders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to develop progressive talent solutions, addressing complex HR issues through expert advice and support.
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to inform HR decisions and optimize business outcomes.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in senior HR roles within the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective HR strategies, talent development, and change management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in local labor laws and regulations, with the ability to provide strategic guidance on compliance and risk management.
