Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for assigned business units to ensure the seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Employee Engagement & Development: Foster and enhance employee engagement while leading organizational change management and development initiatives. Build strong, influential relationships with leaders and managers in the assigned business units, providing strategic HR advice and guidance aligned with organizational objectives. Represent Singapore HR by addressing HR-related inquiries via the process improvement system (Company Support Hub) and offering support on workplace matters. Resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Coordinate and implement employee development programs to enhance job-related skills and competencies. Performance Management: Monitor and support regional performance management and promotion cycles. Assist in managing disciplinary cases and developing improvement plans for underperforming employees. HR Services & Compliance: Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and compliant with personal data protection regulations. Deliver HR initiatives for business units in alignment with HR guidelines and local laws, balancing compliance with operational needs. Regional Support: Assist the Senior HR Regional Manager in collaborating with SEA Regional HR teams on strategies and organization-wide projects.
