Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the CRM strategy for Asia, aligned with global goals to support semiconductor industry growth.
  • Leverage data insights to define and execute effective customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze customer behaviors and trends for tailored marketing efforts.
  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Applications/Electronics or a related field.
  • 10+ years of CRM experience in a regional or global role, with a proven track record in the Asian market; semiconductor industry experience is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM tools like HubSpot or Adobe.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive actionable insights.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
