About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- To provide daily client service for our transaction banking products, ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- To conduct investigations into client issues, working closely with other stakeholders to find solutions.
- To be responsible for the end-to-end process of customer onboarding, ensuring that all requirements are met.
- To cross-sell and expand client usage of our transaction banking products, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Relevant experience in transaction banking or a related field, preferably with a background in client support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking products and services, including internet banking platforms.
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred, as you will be working with Japanese corporate clients who primarily communicate in Japanese.
