Strategic Enterprise Sales Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners on high-touch pre-sales technical activity.
- Technically qualify opportunities and evaluate proof of value with end-user accounts and partners.
- Create security assessment reports for end-users post-proof of value evaluation.
- Drive end-user acceptance and buy-in for proof of value conversion to revenue.
- Train distributors and partners to deploy successful proof of values and assist with security assessment reports.
- Train distributor/partner SEs and sales staff in the region.
- Act as a liaison between partner/customers and corporate headquarters for technical issues and requirements.
- In conjunction with sales teams, achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor, assess, and report on the competitive situation and market development in the region.
- Support marketing activities in the region.
- Collaborate with the SE team and share knowledge to bring the team to another level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience selling complex multi-product architectures to organizations, selling into enterprises working in an IT security business.
- Pre-sales experience and excellent technical knowledge within networking and/or security.
- Familiarity with various hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, common malware families, and anti-virus/IDS/IPS evasion techniques.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions.
- Network engineering skills, including the OSI model, IPv4/6, routing, DNS, Snort, and YARA.
- Network security skills, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, HTTP/SSL proxies, SSL interceptors, and SIEM products.
- SOC operations skills, including IT process automation/orchestration.
- Intelligence skills, including knowledge and experience with threat intelligence.
- Troubleshooting skills and experience.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internally across internal teams - systems engineering, marketing, professional services, etc.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player.
- Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels.
- Bilingual in English and Thai is needed to operate in the assigned market.
