Enterprise Growth Specialist

This role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales or consulting, with expertise in managing enterprise-level accounts and identifying opportunities for dynamic business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth through targeted product offerings and professional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure continued relevance and competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or consulting, preferably in an account management or consulting environment working with large, enterprise-level accounts.
  • Possess high level of accountability to own and manage customers and sales cycle.
  • Possess strong presentation and questioning skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with strong objection handling skills.
  • Possess learning ability to be highly proficient with product features and selling points.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
