**Enterprise Sales Lead Position Summary**


We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Lead to drive business growth for our organization in Singapore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to the enterprise market in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Strategize and execute the sales roadmap through contact connections with C-level executives and decision-makers in enterprise clients, follow-ups, and recalibration of efforts to meet sales quota goals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and maintain an accurate, high-quality sales pipeline aligned with our sales process; understanding prospect/client and internal decision-making processes and organizational map.
  • New Business Development: Respond to new logo opportunities and pursue sales efforts for RFPs. Analyze prospective and current client business goals, objectives, needs, processes, and existing infrastructure to ensure a consultative approach to prospect/client business and internal objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partnerships and cross-functional groups to define, develop, and extend offerings to prospects and existing clients.

Requirements:
  • Consultative Sales Experience**: Minimum 8 years of consultative sales experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience. Documented experience in architecting and closing large, consultative, complex solutions sales deals for mid-size to large corporations; quota attainment documented.
  • Technical Skills**: Experience with CRM, Customer Engagement Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, and Analytics required. Enterprise-level experience also required.
