Hotel Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of the revenue management department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to ensure optimal revenue growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily occupancy, pick-up trends, and rate parity across all online and offline channels. You will also assist in loading, creating and maintaining rates, packages, and restrictions in various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency of rates and inventory across all distribution platforms.
In addition, you will track and analyse production from various distribution channels, provide insights and highlight discrepancies in channel performance, and suggest corrective actions when needed. You will also liaise with Digital Marketing and Sales teams to ensure promotional offers are correctly reflected across all channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to participate in weekly revenue meetings to observe and contribute to pricing strategies and business decisions, as well as assist in special projects such as system upgrades, data cleansing, or new channel implementation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field. You will also require genuine interest in hotel revenue management, analytics, and distribution technology. Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of relevant systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams, are also necessary.
