Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned revenue leader to drive growth and performance in our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting data to inform revenue strategies.
  • Monitor market channels and key accounts for optimal performance.
  • Ensure rate parity across all distribution platforms.
  • Conduct weekly Revenue Meetings to evaluate rate and availability controls.
  • Update distribution channels with rate or inventory restrictions as needed.
  • Provide analysis on group bookings and their impact on occupancy, average rate, and rooms profit.
  • Develop property-specific strategies to drive growth with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish goals and benchmarks to measure performance effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends through competitive research and news reports.
  • Explore market mix variations to stimulate revenue growth without increasing costs.
  • Maintain software programs that contribute to revenue management.
  • Apply knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions to drive business results.
  • Utilize operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals.
  • Understand hotel operations and associate with team needs through the revenue department.
  • Adapt quickly to a changing market and identify development needs for team members.
  • Set an example in portraying our company culture.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration / Revenue Management / Business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in revenue management within the hotel industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of revenue management systems and distribution tools.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage the Revenue and Reservations team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Adaptable and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
