Job Title: Hotel Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage hotel rates and inventory on multiple online platforms. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This role involves managing hotel rates and inventory across various channels, setting up promotional offers and packages with hotel partners, reviewing and ensuring property information is accurate, and answering enquiries regarding hotel room rates and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel rates and inventory on online travel agents, wholesalers, and our website.
  • Set up promotional offers and packages with hotel partners.
  • Review and ensure property information is accurate and reflected on all online sales channels.
  • Answer enquiries regarding hotel room rates and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in basic computer knowledge and MS Office Excel.
  • Knowledge/Hands-on experience in Property Management System, Channel Management system, Revenue Management System.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player and meticulous.
