Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Revenue Optimization Specialist, analyzing and supporting the hotel's results and performance in various revenue streams (Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Boutique). The successful candidate will recommend strategies and expectations based on observed data trends and market changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily rate strategies review for daily rates and inventory to ensure room revenue optimization.
  • Manage distribution of rates and inventory for various market segments to ensure accuracy and parity.
  • Ensure daily communication between Reservations and Front Office colleagues regarding inventory, short-term sell strategies, Group/Convention arrivals, rate changes, and sell-out strategies.
  • Support different revenue streams with extraction of sales figures to support and analyze initiatives.
  • To accurately process and manage Group reservations.
  • Daily review and optimization of F&B reservations to ensure full optimization of covers and revenue for F&B outlets.
  • Work closely with different revenue streams to achieve budget and forecast expectations under the guidance of a direct leader.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Opera, Central Reservation System, and Global Distribution System.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous Front Office Management experience.
  • Familiarity with Food and Beverage and Spa operations.
