About the Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with exceptional communication skills to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies, tools, and processes
  • Analyzing market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing data to inform decision-making
  • Designing and managing pricing models, rate structures, and distribution channels to maximize revenue potential
  • Maintaining accurate rate parity across all platforms and ensuring timely system updates
  • Preparing regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and market conditions to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
  • Providing guidance to reservations and front office teams on upselling and best practices to enhance customer experience
  • Identifying areas for process improvement based on data insights and implementing changes as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or revenue management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, iHotelier)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
