The primary objective of this role is to provide critical support in optimizing revenue streams, inventory management, and market trend analysis. This will enable the company to drive business growth effectively.
About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with exceptional communication skills to fill this key position. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and implementation of revenue optimization strategies, tools, and processes
- Analyzing market trends, booking patterns, and competitor pricing data to inform decision-making
- Designing and managing pricing models, rate structures, and distribution channels to maximize revenue potential
- Maintaining accurate rate parity across all platforms and ensuring timely system updates
- Preparing regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts, and market conditions to stakeholders
- Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives
- Providing guidance to reservations and front office teams on upselling and best practices to enhance customer experience
- Identifying areas for process improvement based on data insights and implementing changes as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or revenue management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, iHotelier)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
