Revenue Cluster Analyst

The position of Revenue Cluster Analyst is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revenue growth of our hotel group. The role involves analyzing and optimizing room inventory, preparing market analysis and supporting documents for sales strategy meetings, managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and generating property and market Revenue Management reports.

As a key member of the revenue management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize cluster rooms revenue
  • Preparing competitive analysis and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings
  • Managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions
  • Performing Revenue Management month-end reporting and auditing
  • Generating and updating property and market Revenue Management reports

Key responsibilities include assisting with system maintenance and training new associates, implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems, and performing other duties as assigned by management.
