Job Title: Restaurant Operations CoordinatorJob Summary:

The Restaurant Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our restaurant. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards, creating a positive environment for both employees and guests, and contributing to the company's expansion plans and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain the highest quality of service.
  • Proactively respond to and resolve guest issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train new staff on bar standards and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support their personal development.
  • Monitor and ensure all service staff adhere to the appropriate grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is well-maintained and operating properly, in compliance with SFA standards; promptly report any issues to management.
  • Collaborate with management on supply ordering, cost control, floor efficiency, and staffing needs.
