
Restaurant Operations Coordinator

As an integral member of our restaurant team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. This involves supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily activities, supervising service staff, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to maintain efficient service flow, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, and ensure timely execution.
- Staff Supervision & Training: Provide guidance and supervision to service staff during shifts, offer on-the-job training, and enforce service standards.
- Customer Service: Greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, handle feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor usage and stock levels of restaurant supplies, assist with stock checks, and coordinate ordering processes with the Restaurant Manager.
- Financial & Administrative Tasks: Assist with petty cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and compile operational checklists.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards, monitor team compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Marketing & Promotions Support: Promote special menu items, events, or offers to customers, support marketing campaigns in the restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for hospitality.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Able to handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and basic computer skills.
