Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical infrastructure, including power systems, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems. This will involve conducting regular environmental monitoring checks, such as temperature, humidity, and water leakage.

  • Coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve infrastructure issues
  • Support facility maintenance activities and equipment installations
  • Maintain cable management and facility organization
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and operational readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, facilities management, or a related field
  • Experience in IT operations or data centre operations
  • Understanding of infrastructure systems and IT operations
  • Knowledge of security principles and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in shifts or respond to emergencies when required
