Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients' systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain various hardware and software components of the client's systems.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with the client's systems in a timely manner.
- Support Services: Provide on-site or remote technical support to clients as needed.
- Education: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
- Citizenship: Singapore Citizen or PR.
- Preventive Maintenance: Experience with preventive maintenance techniques and procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- 5.5-Day Work Week: Enjoy a 5.5-day work week with flexible working hours.
