Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

 

Job Description

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced IT infrastructure support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure support, including hardware and software maintenance, network operations, and system administration.

 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware such as PCs, printers, barcode scanners, and related devices.
  • Support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi).
  • Ensure stable performance of servers and data storage (file servers, domain controllers).

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (client & server), networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers, Wi-Fi), PC setup and troubleshooting, basic server administration (Active Directory, file sharing, backup), and IT security (antivirus, firewalls, access control).
  • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and factory hardware (printers, scanners, barcode devices).
