IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled IT infrastructure support specialist to join our ranks. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage patching activities and technology upgrades across operating systems, middleware, and databases.
- Execute server patching/upgrades on schedule and coordinate with team members for support when needed.
- Utilize Linux commands to perform system checks and analyze logs for errors.
- Provide guidance to application teams on pre- and post-patch validation steps.
- Run basic SQL queries to assess database performance after patching.
**Requirements:**
- Good experience in infrastructure support and patching activities.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with operating system, middleware, and database patching/upgrade.
- Familiarity with log analysis and error resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with application and support teams.
