IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to the IT Operations Team deployed at customer sites. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills, technical expertise in End User Computing Devices (EUCD), and experience in similar job capacities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Submit service request tickets in IT Service Management (ITSM) as requested by support teams or clients and track completion within pre-defined turnaround times.
  • Assist in tracking laptop inventory levels.
  • Schedule appointments for various activities.
  • Maintain asset inventory in the storeroom.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties related to infrastructure support.
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats.
  • Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) are beneficial.
  • At least one year of experience in similar roles.
