Infrastructure Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Infrastructure Support Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing technical support services for our integrated application lifecycle management (ALM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services for ALM applications and infrastructure in production and non-production environments.
- Maintain ALM applications and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised by users as per service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create workflows based on ALM workflows, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
- Liaise with iALM product IT support teams when necessary.
- Ensure integration and connectivity of ALM with other systems, promoting a cohesive user experience.
- Provide training and guidance to users on updated ALM workflows, features, and best practices.
- Support users in publishing documents and creating templates, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
- Migrate from legacy ALM applications to recommended tools, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Recommend optimal processes and workflows customized to achieve better system performance.
- Review and update user guides on new application features and usage, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Report weekly status on issues, system resources utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
