Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT infrastructure support specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, including internet connectivity, WiFi networks, and shared printer setups.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain essential infrastructure: internet connectivity, WiFi networks, and shared printer setups
  • Provide responsive IT support to internal teams during project rollout
  • Minimize downtime and ensure continuity of services
  • Provide support for the company network infrastructure
  • Day-to-day end-user support
  • Liaise with external vendors when necessary

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in IT infrastructure support (especially connectivity and printer setups)
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently
  • Previous level 1 & level 2 support to end users
  • Prior exposure to the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
