Key responsibilities include developing and managing staff benefits interventions, collaborating with teams to manage wellbeing programs, executing employee surveys and implementing post-survey action plans, supporting holistic employee wellbeing, and partnering with teams to roll out programs and events for staff.Key skills and qualifications required include a degree in business management or equivalent, experience in a healthcare environment or policy review is advantageous but not necessary, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, analytical with attention to detail, committed, and results-driven, good interpersonal, communication, and business writing skills, flexible, adaptable, positive attitude, able to work with all staff levels, and proficiency in MS Office.The job holder will be part of the team leading employee engagement and wellbeing functions, overseeing employee awards and recognition programs, and reviewing employee benefits policies. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and wellbeing, fostering a positive culture within the organisation.
