
Employee Engagement and Wellness Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our employee engagement and wellness initiatives. As an Employee Engagement and Wellness Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster a positive work environment and promote the well-being of our staff.
About the Role:This role involves leading a team to develop and manage staff benefits interventions that align with our corporate social responsibility and wellbeing goals. You will also work closely with our cluster and team to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institution levels.
- Develop and manage staff benefits interventions that focus on engaging and connecting staff in corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the cluster and team to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institution levels.
- Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey execution and partnering departments on post-survey action planning.
- Support the team in driving programs and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing.
- Partner with the cluster to roll out cluster-wide programs/events for staff.
- Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet and regular reporting.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
