We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement and Wellness Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and wellness, fostering a positive work environment.
Job Description:
- Project Management: Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/Pulse Survey execution and partner with departments on post-survey action plans.
- Wellbeing Programs: Develop and manage staff benefits interventions focusing on corporate social responsibility and wellbeing, collaborate with the cluster and team to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institutional levels.
- Communication: Assist in administrative operations such as managing HR Intranet and processing payments, support programs and activities promoting holistic employee wellbeing.
- Partnership: Partner with the cluster to roll out programs/events for staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree: Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in healthcare environment or policy review is advantageous; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, analytical with attention to detail, committed, and results-driven, good interpersonal, communication, and business writing skills.
