Job Title: Senior Employee Engagement and Wellness Professional ">
The role of the Assistant Manager, Employee Engagement and Wellness is to lead a team responsible for implementing initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff benefits interventions, coordinating employee engagement surveys, and partnering with departments to drive holistic wellbeing programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Staff Benefits Management: Develop and manage staff benefits interventions that align with corporate social responsibility and wellbeing goals.
- Employee Engagement Surveys: Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES) execution and partner with departments on post-survey action planning.
- Holistic Wellbeing Programs: Support the team in driving programmes and activities that promote employees' holistic wellbeing.
- Cluster-Wide Programs: Partner with Cluster to roll out cluster-wide programs and events for staff.
Requirements:
- Degree: Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in the healthcare environment or policy review is an added advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Cognitive Skills: Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed and results-driven.
- Social Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills.
- Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable, with a positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff.
